    Need help with my diet

    Hi all thanks in advance.
    Age 24
    Height 5.7
    Weight 167
    Body fat 9%

    Been working out for 2 years, full time kickboxing for about 4years.


    Upon waking up protien shake
    Meal 1. 2eggs 5 egg whites 1slice of brown bread.

    Meal 2. 2cans of tuna 2 slices of brown bread, 2sweet potato.

    Meal 3. 1/4 chicken (breast) brown rice.

    Meal 4. 200g turkey 1 slice brown bread, brown rice, shake 600g calories 50g pro 65g carbs.

    Workout

    Meal 5. Same shake as before workout, 3cans tuna, oats.

    Meal 6. Brown rice, protein shake with 1banana 4 eggs 1 strawberrie 1tsp honey all into the blender. It's a little thick and heavy but iv always done it.

    Goal is to put on lean mass

    Iv never had a proper diet, so I think Its about time to start.
    Any help or input?

    At a glance, you're not eating nearly enough. But without macros, that's nearly impossible to say with certainty.
