Cooked or uncooked? You tell me.

So i've been wondering if the nutritional values on the packages are accurate when the food is cooked or uncooked. Do you know? I'm clueless

Unless otherwise specified, foods are usually listed as uncooked/dry. Meats are weighed and figured out raw.
