I need help
I am new to this board, and the world of steroid use . I need some help and was told this is the best place to come look for it. I am 6'1" and weigh anywhere from 295 - 305 any given day. My scale says I am 44% BF which scares the hell out of me. I carry all of my fat in my stomach and chest. At one point I was 450lbs and went on a very strict diet and workout plan to lose to the point I am at now. This took me 1.5 years.
I need help because no matter what I do I cannot lose anymore weight. I have been sticking to my balanced diet which I will share below and I am always at the gym faithfully.
I was looking into Clenbuterol and Cymotel in order to assist with the weight loss. I have done a lot of research on this site and feel that this will help me the best. What do you all think? Also give me some tips on my diet plan what am I doing wrong? I need to lose the rest of this weight. I am much happier than I was before but I know I can be happier....please help
30-Min AM Cardio - Empty Stomach everyday
Breakfast
5 Egg Whites w/ low fat cheese
50g Protein Shake w/ water
Whole Wheat Bagel with fat free cream cheese
Mid Day
50g Protein Shake
Lunch
2 Chicken Breast Boneless Skinless
Mixed Veggies
Fruit of some kind
Evening Snack
Cole Slaw plain with Tuna
Dinner
Same as Lunch
Workout lifting on Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Additional 1 hour of cardio Tuesday Thursday
I play softball for 2 hours on Sundays.
Thoughts on the diet, workout, and the Clen & Cymo

I'm not much of a diet guru, but those that are will chime in soon.
I personally think though that if you are that overweight, I would be doing way more than 30 minutes of cardio a day. I would shoot for 6+ times a week and be doing it for at LEAST 60 minutes. I would also try and get your diet fixed and change your cardio plan before you start taking in Clen and Cymo. Your results may drastically change just by fixing the diet and cardio.

Welcome LJ! Yes already a nickname since this is where you will be for awhile, I hope. And Kudos to your weight loss!
You have come to the right place to change your life. Most of us end up here at some point. So you are in good company.
First thing I notice. I am not so sure you are eating enough. What type of diet were you on to lose the previous weight?
And right off the bat the low fat cheese and bagel are not serving you any good. How long after your fasted cardio are you waiting to eat breakfast? Curious.
Also as far as Clen and Cytomel . Let's try to stay away from these for awhile. They are best used once you reach a serious platuea, And then, and only then, ramp it up with one or both of these. But please hold off for now.
I promise you this: if you approach this with "slow and steady wins the race" then in about 3 months you will be a BELIEVER in this program because it works.
The biggest trick to this is: FIND FOODS YOU LIKE WHICH ARE ON THE LIST OF APPROVED FOODS so you will be successful.
