I am new to this board, and the world of steroid use. I need some help and was told this is the best place to come look for it. I am 6'1" and weigh anywhere from 295 - 305 any given day. My scale says I am 44% BF which scares the hell out of me. I carry all of my fat in my stomach and chest. At one point I was 450lbs and went on a very strict diet and workout plan to lose to the point I am at now. This took me 1.5 years.

I need help because no matter what I do I cannot lose anymore weight. I have been sticking to my balanced diet which I will share below and I am always at the gym faithfully.

I was looking into Clenbuterol and Cymotel in order to assist with the weight loss. I have done a lot of research on this site and feel that this will help me the best. What do you all think? Also give me some tips on my diet plan what am I doing wrong? I need to lose the rest of this weight. I am much happier than I was before but I know I can be happier....please help

30-Min AM Cardio - Empty Stomach everyday

Breakfast
5 Egg Whites w/ low fat cheese
50g Protein Shake w/ water
Whole Wheat Bagel with fat free cream cheese

Mid Day
50g Protein Shake

Lunch
2 Chicken Breast Boneless Skinless
Mixed Veggies
Fruit of some kind

Evening Snack
Cole Slaw plain with Tuna

Dinner
Same as Lunch

Workout lifting on Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Additional 1 hour of cardio Tuesday Thursday
I play softball for 2 hours on Sundays.
