Critique my Diet
Meal 1:
4 Eggs, toast with philly and meat, 1 cup oatmeal, 3 peanut butter spoons
Meal 2:
Meat, green veggies, or potatoes etc
Meal 3:
Chicken Breast, Russian kasha
Meal 4:
1 Can of Tuna, Veggies
Meal 5:
2 Scoops of protein ( 44g of protein)
Meal 6:
Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, fried potatos
Meal 7:
Meat, 3 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
Meal 8:
2 Scoops of protein ( 44g of protein), Peanut butter
maybe i should change something? any tips?

You posted your diet 40 minutes before bumping it... so bumping wasn't necessary. Be patient and somebody will eventually be around to go over it with you.

Can't critique your diet without knowing what your goals are or without macros and total cals. Need to know at what times you workout and do cardio etc. as well.
Are you sure your BF is 5% - 7%? No way it's 5%.
Peanut butter 3 times per day? Fried potatoes?

^^^ X2 ... not to sound like a d!ck but would love to see pics of you at 5% bodyfat. You must be one cut up mofo.

my goal is to put on 20 lbs or so. i dont care about putting on some fat lol
in that diet, there is around 3500 calories and 300g of protein.
I dont do cardio for now, since im trying to put on wait...well, except surfing.
About the bodyfat, got this fat caliper measuring thing, so it said 5% but including some miscalculations it can make i would say im somewhere between 5% and 7%. All i want is just maybe some tips on what should i eat to put on weight, since im not that interested in aas for now.
