by the way, my milk guy who delivers milk (raw milk) scoops almost all of the fat from the top. I love raw milk and like to incorporate it in my diet.

diet needs some work, too much bread in there. two meals/snacks at 530? you have the right concept down, just need some help. would rather see oats or sweet potatoes, instead of the bread. also, what are your stats? the gurus will need to know TDEE, BF%, height, weight, and workout schedule to better assist you.

Currently bussing tables at the moment 5 days a week before I go back to school (Cardio) and strength train 4 days a week
What would you guys delete or add from the list?
