Been out for awhile. Dissect my diet plz n thanks

Ok well I stopped weight training to cut weight for mma so I dropped from 215 to 170 for welterweight but I said enough of this crap and started to train hard two months ago and this is what I've been doing, I'm currently at 187 and I've gone from 195 (my natural bench press) to 245 in two months on this diet so it can't be that bad. But anyways here it is. Btw I wake up this early because my shift begins at 530 and I live an hour away.

    0330am wake up
    0400am 40 g protein-chicken 30 g carbs-grits, wheat bread 4g fat 316 cal
    0730am 50 g protein 6 g carb--carnivore shake(love this stuff) 232 cal
    0930am tuna and chicken salad 45 g protein 13 g carbs 16 g fat 376 cal
    1130am 40 g protein- chicken 20 g carb-wheat bread 4 g fat 276 cal
    1530pm 35 g protein-tuna 20g protein-brn rice 3 g fat - 247 cal

    On workout days
    1830pm 50g protein 6g carb- carnivore shake(preworkout)
    2030pm 50g protein 6g carb- carnivore shake(postworkout)

    On off days
1830pm I go and buy a whole rotisserie chicken and eat it all with steamed broccoli .

Also 2-3 days a week instead of the chicken in the mornings I'll switch it with about 6-8 eggwhites with cheese added

I'll see if I can get pics up

Oh and I'm using no shotgun and neurocore preworkout also.

    Total/day 310 g protein 101 g carbs 27 g fat. 1911 cals

Yea I know I want to add more carbs to pre and post workout but it's hard to go get real vegetables for me because my house is just so dang far from town. But I'll see what I can do about getting some, but other than that it looks good to y'all?
