boiled eggs instead of protein powders ???
okay im out of protein powder right now and wont be able to get another one for a week or so so was wondering if i boiled 4-5 eggs or so and just ate them streight after training if that be be just as good if not better ?? then eat a proper meal with carbs half hour later or so.

Eggs are an excellent source of protein, but be wary about the fat content - a few whole eggs are going to contain way more fat than a few scoops of protein powder.
