Breakfast Bar HELP!!!!
I need a recipie for a "breakfast bar" type thing. I am having trouble making it through breakfast in the morning and need something quick and fast that I can premake and take with me. For nutrition I need roughly 400 Calories per bar with 20-30g of protein, 9g of fat and 50g of carbs or less. If anyone has anything close or ideas that would be a good start.

Did you look in the recipe section? You can make very clean oat bars - oats, protein powder, water, etc - don't even need to bake them.
There's a recipe for protein banana bread also. I've been making the same recipe in muffin form, and it's very clean and easy on the go.

Yeah I have looked but they are usually very low in calories and go over the fat if I eat 2. I was looking for something LIKE what is on there but I need a way to buff up the cals to like 400 and keep the fat under 9g and the protien around 30g.

Have you ever thought of a shake?
I have the same problem in the morning so I make a shake before I go to bed. I use Whey, Whole Oat Flour, Peanut Butter, and Spinach for the perfect blend of Protein/Fat/Carbs/Veggies to kick off my day.
A magic-bullet style blender is a wonderful thing.

Its funny you say that because I was in an electronics store with my girl last week and I saw a soft-serve icecream maker and was dreaming about making protein-powder soft-serve.
My girl denied me though

I make protein smoothies every day:
X scoops protein powder of your choice (I use 1.5 scoops)
2tbsp pure unsweetened cocoa
1tsp instant coffee (optional - I like the flavor and caffeine kick)
X amount of oats - i.e. however many servings you need to hit your carb macro (I use 1/2 cup, 1 serving)
X amount of low fat cottage cheese (I use 1/2 cup of 1%, 1 serving)
X amount of natty PB (I use 1 tsp)
4 packets of splenda (more if you like it really sweet)
X amount of water (I use 1 cup; you can also use milk, almond milk, etc)
X amount of crushed ice (I use 1 cup)
Blend and enjoy. Depending on your variable amounts, you can make quite a low fat, calorie/nutrient dense clean shake.
