I consume this at 6am and the next time I eat is at 9 am turkey sandwich on whole grain with a piece of fruit.
Lunch is usually eatin out but I'm thing about starting to bring my lunch, chicken breast and potatoe with piece of fruit enough?

It all depends on your caloric needs. We can't answer this question with only part of the information given. i.e. what does your full diet look like, and what are the macro nutrients for each meal?

I never took my diet seriously and I have been stuck at 175-80 for some time. I am trying to make my first 4 meals my staple and once that is mastered I will tackle the other two.

Lunch is also turkey sandwich or chicken breast and potatoe with fruit and at 3 I have a thick peanut butter and jelly sammich.
