    Just some insurance on breakfast...

Schools starting for me. Last year I would wake up, scarf a quick bowl of cocoa pebbles down at 7:20 brush my teeth and leave. By 9:00 my stomach would be embarresly growling like no tomorrow. Is this because of how quickly I ate and how I ate sugary non nutritional cereal? This year I go into school at 8:00 and get out at 11:20 with no lunch period. I want my stomach to feel content with only eating one meal until I get out. No more embarrassing sounds. I'm leaving my house by around 7:20-7:30. Probably eating at 7:10ish If I take my time and eat and have maybe a couple of eggs, a piece of fruit and a bowl of oats would that help me? Just looking for some help.

    Switch to Allstate.

Your food digests too quickly and spikes insulin which stimulates appetite. You need to eat slower digesting foods. Eggs and oats should do the job, maybe leave out the fruit.

Aren't whole eggs/egg whites fast digesting proteins?

Not like sugar. Also protein has a small affect on insulin .

A whole egg or two, with some added whites, a 1/2 cup of oats maybe with a banana sounds like a great, nutritional breakfast. Also, drink alot of water. Instead of being embarrassed by a growling stomach, you'll have to get up to pee every 2 secs!
