Pre-Packaged Meals?
Ok, so I know that prepackaged meals are NOT the way to diet. However, my schedule has changed dramatically on me and I just do not have time to cook for myself anymore. I really don't want to start eating fast food and all that junk because it is convenient so I need some options. I was looking at some Healthly Choice and Lean Cuisine meals which seem to cover my macros decent enough, but unfortunately they contain soooooo much sodium. Does anyone have any ideas of easy-to-cook meals, I mean like < 5 mins to prepare type meals?
Thanks in advance for any input.

So your trying to say during the day you have no time to make food? Why not make your meals the night before and put em in the fridge..

Not even the day, the night as well. I am working 12-16 hours a day right now, so I get my 60 min gym time before work and thats about it. I guess I could cook the night before but its really something I feel like doing when I roll in late at night.

Why can't you cook 1 day a week, for the entire week, like most of us do? Not chastising you, i'm really asking.

Or once a month like me :-). If you want it bad enough you will do it. Those meals are not any good and you won't meet ur macro's with them

okay well what if it was really easy quick stuff... tuna sandwich, PB Sandwich, etc. I know its not a lot of variety but if I hit my macros. I guess I could cook once a week but I was hoping there was an alternative before getting there.

If you dont feel like cooking at all for what ever reason, maybe look in to at home meal delivery services? pricey but some can be customized to your diet needs or they have a menue to select from for the week. Maybe work a deal out with a local catering service to pick up a weeks worth of meals and a discount for being a constant customer? or maybe diet delivery programs?
I used to have an understanding with the sushi chef at a grocery store next to our gym, every afternoon he made my veggy tapioca wrap and I just poped in after a workout, grabbed, paid, ate in car on my way to whatever.
