    FAT GUY NEEDS DIET ADVICE: 50% pro 25% c 25%f ???? FIREGUY U OUT THERE??

    hows it going guys? i need help with my diet bad.. tired of working out 4-6 days a week and still being fat!! to start out i wanna say im getn the wife to put the calipers on me tonite so ill have exact bf later today (about 20-22%).. shes good at it..

    Welcome. You must have been reading a lot to know Fireguy. He comes and goes so hopefully he will come around and chime in to help you.

    IMO? get rid of the skim milk....and 2 scoops of whey 3x's a day? 1 scoop is probably enough

    and your calories? have you calculated your TDEE?

    thx for the welcome and yes i have been reading alot.. im getn bf% dun tonite so i can calculate tdee.. i guess i figd with the protein 2 scoops r betr than 1 since its 26 g/scoop... also wheres the tdee formula if u dont mind ? also could u point me to where i can find the 9 point bf measurement system..i saw it on here but cant remember where.. maybe dun by fireguy or narcissos im not sure ive read so much.. thx slim

    also wats wrong with skim milk? should i drink whole, 2%?? i love milk and have drank it all my life with most meals

    nothing is wrong with skim milk. But your goal is to shed BF correct? and milk of any sort is something to avoid in the first few weeks in my opinion.

    I am going from my own experience. During my 90 day challenge, I did not have skim milk for quite awhile and I think it helped and trust me I missed it a lot! Once my metabolism started kicking in and losing BF, I gradually added some back in.

    Every gram of carbs in milk is lactose - sugar. For somebody looking to shed bodyfat, my recommendation is to keep sugar intake as low as possible. 1 cup milk (whole, skim, or otherwise) is 12g sugar right there.

    ok gb thx man.. i know u cant tell me for sure about the rest of my diet cuz bf(prob close) isnt exact but can u tell me what u think about it as far as proportions and timing or anything u have to help i would appreciate
