Fasting
During the month of Oct. I fast for the day with one meal in the evening.
I have done this for the last 10yrs. Its a religious thing before you start with all the crazy stuff....lol. I know its hard on the body but it has to be done. My question is what should my only meal be high in protein so that i can maintain some of my size? any and all input will be great.
