meal before 'empty stomach cardio' in the morning
I am 2 weeks in doing early morning cardio on an empty stomach. I want to do 2 eggs before I go do cardio to prevent muscle loss, is this a good idea or what is something else I can take that wont blunt the fat burning effect but also keep muscle loss at a minimum?

200mg caffeine, 10g BCAA, 5g glutamine, 1g Vit c, 10mg Vit b6.
What are your stats?

Specifically for muscle retention, 10g BCAA's is fine. Also, consider keeping your cardio at a lower/moderate intensity when doing it fasted.

think about it, if you are eating, then it is not fasted! do what the rest of them said, i do 10g BCAAs and 500mg Vit C before my morning fasted cardio.
