Weight gainer carbs?
Right now I am on a "clean bulk," and am literally just starting weight gainer today(But have been bulking for the last couple months or so) to get the extra carbs in my diet...I decided to give Optimum Nutrition's "Serious Mass" a shot since it is very low in fat, and has "no sugar added." However, there are 252 carbs per serving, and 20 of those are from sugars.
I try to keep the simple carbs to a minimum, so do you think there is anything to worry about with this? Most of my nutrients will still be coming from whole foods, this would just be to get a little boost.

Why not just put some oats into a normal protein shake?

A best quality multivitamin and mineral supplement is a good concept for weight gain. But make sure you are getting all the
necessary vitamins and minerals taht you need.

most of the carbs in weight gainers prolly come from dextrose or another type of sugar. I prefer to make my own like someone above was saying. mix some oats into your shake, maybe a banana too.. depending on how many carbs you want. Its that easy + its cheaper.
