    Keto diet recipe

    Im gonna be going on the cyclic ketogenic diet in a few weeks and was wondering what kind of sauce i can put on my eggs, chicken, and salmon so they taste good but remain free of carbs? Or possibly any other tasty keto recipes anyone has.

    I always used hot sauce during keto...tons of sodium though if that matters to you.
