    bulk diet advice

    hi i am about to start my first cycle of test at the end of the week and have just made my bulk diet.
    i am 25 215pounds bench 110kg deadlift 130kg squat 110kg, . i am just after some advise on if my diet is correct?
    ive counted the calories and they are at 4200 . i will be having 325 grams of protein 400 grams of carbs and 100 grams of fat!
    do those numbers look like they shouldfor a sucessful bulk?

    First off you can you state your full stats please (height and BF). You need to find out your number of calories for maintenance in order to see how many calories you need, you will want to shoot for about 500 over maintenance for a bulk but this will probably increase week by week as you will be cycling. I think you calculated your numbers wrong there mate,
    4(325+400) + 9(100) = 3800 calories not 4200. you may want to also post your whole diet (with full macros) in order to get proper feedback, just because you hit your macros doesnt mean u have a good diet as you want good carbs and fats, so u should post it up to help improve it
