    Clen while on a cycle?

    I've heard of people using clen while on a cutting cycle, but isnt clen catabolic? What kind of cycle would I best incorporate it into?

    What makes you think clen is catabolic?

    There are some studies that indicate clen actually shows muscle sparing properties...

    Ive read many mixed views about it but many say its use can be catabolic, maybe I do not fully understand. Can it be used effectively in a cutting cycle to lose more weight while still building lean muscle?

    I agree. I have only ever read articles that claim it is anti catabolic.

    Clen raises body temperature a tad, not much more tbh. If you're eating properly, there's no need to worry about losing muscle mass.

    That said, the goal of a cutting cycle isn't building lean mass. What is your proposed cycle? Depending on the compounds, it's possible - but honestly i'd pick a primary goal and focus on it. Either cut body fat and aim to maintain LBM, or add lean mass and aim to maintain body fat.

    I'll do ya one solid to hopefully ease your mind...

    I ran clen AND T3 while cutting on less than 2000 calories/day, with the exception of a 1 day/week carb refeed. I was not on any AAS at the time. I dropped from 193lbs to 177lbs, 15% bodyfat to 11% and increased strength in almost all lifts...

    That should say alot.

    was this before or after the girl beside you was DL more then you?

    I was considering test-p at 400mg/week and winny at 500mg ed for small and short cutting cycle, but could the addition of clen also cut and shed some lbs, or would it not do much of anything for this type of cycle?

    It wouldn't hurt, but I wouldn't bother. I doubt it'll make any appreciable difference. Assuming your diet is dialed in, your training, diet, and gear should be plenty.

    I'd save the clen for when i'm off personally, just my .02, not a 'right or wrong'.
