isolate of casein shake in the AM?
Immediately after you wake up in the morning is it better to have an isolate shake with my oats or a casein? I always used to blend up an iso/oat mix in the blender but I noticed on my casein container is saying slow digesting protein is what you want in the morning? You'd think you'd want something fast acting am I right?

How soon after your shake is your first meal? And what is it?

If you have 2 separate powders, I'd do a 50/50 mix. Personally, I buy a blended protein powder. Takes all the work out of it!
