    Cooking whole turkey; cycle food

Okay... Big cycle coming up. I live alone in a small style apt. w/ a kitchen the size of a bathroom. Its hard and irritating to be in there and try to cook all the time. So i HUGE on cooking for a day and packaging all my meals. Im also on a budget. How do you guys feel about cooking a huge turkery then using it for meals for a week? Any experience. I could use stuffing for carbs needed.

Turkey has a lot of dark meat. I go to Costo every week and get a 10 pound bag of frozen chicken breasts. I think it is $20. I bake all ten pounds on Sunday and it covers my snacks and lunches for the week. Eggs for breakfasts and frozen fish for dinners. Brown rice is super cheap for carbs. Throw in some broccoli, asparagus, almonds and protein powder and you are set!
