Need help with Bulking Cycle diet - gained fat last time

My last(frist) cycle (sust250, legit gear confirmed with bloodwork), didn’t run an AI during so high estro may have been a factor, but this time I want to refine my diet and ill be running an AI.

My stats: 25 years old, 5’11, 187lb, bf not sure no abs but not too far off.

Can you guys help me make a diet plan for my next cycle, consisting of foods I like to eat (listed below). My goal is get pack on maximum muscle and less fat than last time!

    PROTEINS:
RED MEAT – ****ing love red meat.
Chicken – not chicken breast, unless its nandos/kfc/bbq chicken.
    Salmon
    Seafood
    Shakes (have casein and whey)
Dairy (cottage cheese, cheese, milk, yoghurt)

    CARBS:
    Multigrain bread
    Any fruit
    Potatoes
    Sweet Potatoes
Oats (only blended in a shake)
    Fruit Juice
    White rice

    FATS:
    Roasted Nuts
    Olive Oil
    Avocado
    Fishoils
    Peanut Butter
I like a bit of fat on my meat

Also which of these takeaway foods are acceptable for a bulking cycle?:
    KFC breast fillets
    Nandos Chicken
    Subway
    Sashimi
    Sushi
    BBQ chicken and chips
    Pizza
    Chinese Food
    Indian Food
    Kebab/Souvlaki
    Red Rooster

Last cycle I ate around 4500 calories a day, I am thinking maybe this was too much hence the fat gain? Maybe i should stay under 4000? Thanks

Welcome! The main thing is to eat nutrient rich foods no matter what your goal is. You want to eat food which will keep your BF down and energy up.

    Good luck.

Subway is processed food. Drop sauce and cheese. You should be eating chicken breast with rice or sweet potato instead

    -300gm steak/salmon/seafood/chicken
    -1 roast potato
    -vegies (carrot/beans/broccoli) or a salad
This is a much better meal. More of your meals should look like this!

    -1/4 chicken from nandos (breast)
    -2 sushi rolls
Roats chicken breast is fine but hopefully no skin?

    -2 x kfc chicken fillets (40g prot, 14g fat)
    -small chips
    Forget kfc!

    -lamb souvlaki
Here is where you should add carbs as you need them before training

-PWO: 2 scoops whey, 300ml fruit juice, 2 x salmon sushi rolls

-BEDTIME: 250gm cottage cheese + 1 scoop casein
    -fishoils + vitamins

Comments made in bold. I think you should be going for cleaner sources of food so that you get a nice clean bulk happening.

Salmon is very high in good fats. Make that a staple meal per day. Also don't forget there are fats in your chicken, beef and lamb.
