Carb Cycle Diet / Workout
I figured id post this here. If anyone would like to play with it feel free. I found it on my computer a while ago. I was in a bad car accident and was laid up for a long time back in 08. I had way too much time on my hands and was way to OCD and dreamed this up ! Anyway the principle is revolving the carb cycle and the workouts so that everything gets trained at diff times as far as carb intake over the course of 4 weeks. The thought process was (correct or not who the fvck knows) that this may allow for better progress. Anyway Im posting the carb cycle along with the workout. The carb cyle is just a schedule - no macros. Im pretty firm that macros really need adjusting on an individual basis. As an insulin resistant individual my macros are very diff from those of say a Dukkit who disposes of glucose like a crack ho goes through lighters. I never actually did this. I carb cycle as a prime - but never saw this exact set up through. I see this more as a recomp attempt or strictly carb cycle for fatloss although it could be great for prime as well. Its prob a waste of effort but the obsessive among us may be intruiged and wanna give it a try. Im sure it works justas well as any carb cycle - just not sure if ultimately it work any better or if it does if the difference would be sginificant enough to warrant all the planning etc. Anyway here they are - have fun:

Came across this again. As you can seee it is quite old. The concept was to revolve the bodyparts trained and the carb days so that throughout the course of one month each major muscle group would end up trained on the tail end of a high carb day. As you can see in the initial post Im not sure it would be worth all the effort but I am sure it will work as a successful carb cycle diet. Never tried it to see if the diet combined with the training in this fashion would yield any superior results but i recall it being fun and a bit of a challenge to dream up accomplishing all I wanted it too on paper.
Enjoy.
