Quick question about Oats
I eat a lot of oatmeal for my carb sources, upwards of 2-4 cups a day. My oats are 100% whole grain, 100% natural Rolled oats. but it says quick on the container as well. Should I be eating a different type of oatmeal other than "quick" or does it not matter.

I really cant say but most people here will tell you to stick with old fashion regular oatmeal. I just follow what im told from this guys since they seem to know a heck of a lot more than i do.

i use the quick as well
same amount of macros in the old fashioned..just ground up a bit

just stay away from the flavored ones in the packets...they have a lot of unnecessary sugars added....and of course you know that already.

its just plain old oats in a big container, no flavors or anything.. just wondering if the quick would effect me differently than regular

I eat the 'quick' all the time. They're the same as the whole rolled, simply grinder down a bit to be smaller.

yea I also just get regular quick oats, throw them in my shake at breakfast raw, quick and easy.
