how does my post workout meal look??
this is what iv been having post work out lately..
2 scoops of ON 100% whey with a half cup of dry oats in it
1 banana, and a large hand full of natural raisins
what do you think of it? is there something i should add or take away?

Impossible to answer accurately without giving us the rest of your diet along with your stats & goals. As per your actual food choices there is nothing particularly wrong though. I'm not big on simple sugars post workout but I'd personally eat a banana any day before using waxy maize and the like.

What I do is a cup if 2% milk, cup of water, 2 scoops of ON whey and two cups of dried oats. Good luck
