im 30 years old 5'6 240 pounds around 30% BF guessing. im ooking to drop this crazy BF and get back in to shape, use to be a 3 sport athlete in school,i know this is where to start but not sure how to go about it when i was younger i could eat whatever when ever and as much as i wanted and would burn it up fast. so give me some tips and advise thanx
