please check my daily diet !!!!
okay so this is my diet, im starting cycle and want to make sure it looks roughly on the right track, i havent got the exact measurements but if you can look and give me your opinions.
meal 1:
2 whole eggs
6 egg whites
1 cup oats
1 banana
TS of PB
half pint skimmed milk
meal 2:
3 pork loin fillets ( cut the fat off )
large cup brown rice
1 large tomato
TS extra virgin olive oil
meal 3:
44g protein powder (33% whey/ 33% egg/ 33% casein)
half cup oats
all mixed with water
meal 4:
tin of tuna in sunflour oil
6 wheatabix
banana
half pint skimmed milk
meal 5: varies day to day
usually chicken/steak/mince with mixed veggies
meal 6:
half of large pot cottage cheese (about 250-300g)
mixed berries
i would say i roughly get in 200-250g protein a day not too sure on carbs
at a glimse does it look like a good diet for a lean bulk.

What are your stats and goals bro?
Also need you to include time of day for each meal, time of day for your workout, and complete/accurate macro nutrient info for each meal. You gotta put the work in; "not too sure on carbs" doesn't cut it in this game man.

yep we need to know your goals because for ex all that skim milk might not be the best thing to be doing if losing BF is a goal....
