I posted another thread recently that my doctor prescribed me Testosterone after being diagnosed with Low T.

I just started Depotest 300, 300mg 1.2ml once a week.

While on it though, I wanted to get the most out of it. I realize that for a cycle I should have had all my ducks in a row a long time prior to a cycle, but initially that wasn’t the purpose of the Testosterone.

Can anyone tell me what is important to a diet while taking Testosterone or direct me to another thread that has some specific info on it? I would assume protein is important as always, but other than that, I didn’t know about calories, carbs or fat.

Ideally I wouldn’t mind putting on some lean body mass while dropping some body fat. Currently I’m 6’00”, 240 with 20% BF. I have a 50” chest and a 38” waist, so I carry my weight well cuz I don’t really have a belly. It’s all in my chest and shoulders.
