    I need help with a new diet for weight gain

    I'm 6ft 1 I'm 195 , age 30 , I want to gain weight its hard for me to gain weight but I'm sure it's all due to my diet , I really don't count calories or protein I have to start I just need a new diet so I can gain weight I been working out for a month now , and this is my diet now , morning I'll have a protein shake and pb&j sandwich or I'll have eggs , 2-3 hours later I'll have a sandwich or tuna , 2-3 hours later I'll have another protein shake and whatever is for dinner. Chicken or meat potatoes , then before bed I have a snack and another protein shake , I know this isn't a great diet. So that's why I need help

    jafd welcome to the forum u need to read the stickies at the top of the page on bulking and tdee.. u need to get ur bf% so u can fig out how many calories u need to be eating..this way u can create a caloric surplus which will help u to gain weight.. the key is eating the right kinds of food at the rite time in the rite amounts

    I think this would help you a great deal. IMO anyone starting a diet shoul watch these.
