is this a good cutting diet?
meal 1: 1 cup of oats and 2 whole eggs
Meal 2: protein shake
meal 3: 8oz chicken 4oz wild rice
meal 4: protein shake
meal 5: 8oz stake with 2oz wild rice
note i work 3-5times from 3pm to 10pm

We need all of your macros for each meal and a daily total. We also need to know your height, weight, Age, and current BF%. Find out what your TDEE is and list that as well.

i dont know whats in each meal im guessing its around 1800- 2000cals
im 5'10
20yrs
weight around 180 the batteries died in the scale
bf around 15%
tdee 3300

Carbohydrates 185 g
Protein 210 g
Fats 68 g
cals 2268

Cals look ok but I wouldn't go higher.
Drop fat to 45 g and use these cals for extra protein/less cals.
Less protein shakes, more veggies and more variety.
Carbs should be placed in Meal 1, pre workout and post workout.
Work a diet out, list it including macro's for each meal and we'll take a look.

Meal 1 you should change the eggs to 5-6 egg whites And maybe mix the egg whites with tomato and spinach.
