also ment to say on my previous post i lowered the carbs a bit to make it 150g daily

Maybe add some veg to your 1pm meal but, other than that, looks real good. Are you starting it straight away?

Go with what you have, it can be adjusted if necessary.
Make sure you get a starting weight and pics too if you can (you don't have to post them here!
Try and stick to it as much and as long as possible. Give it 100% and you'll be very pleased with your results!

thanks pal! i just read your tread and holy crap youvmade some change... you should be proud!
so here is a pic of what i look like now...(and a couple on he first page too)
im planing on doing this cut for eight weeks and will put up a pic every second week...
weighed myself today and i was 85.4kg (188lbs)
