i've started making a smoothie along with my oats in the morning....basically 6 egg whites.....handful of frozen starwberrys or mixed berries and some low fat yogurt. is this sort of thing a good thing for breckie.....also started having one just before bed.....skip the yogurt and normally a handful or 2 of oats. a bit conserned about the suger content of the fruit...any thoughts?
