lets hear some options for some quick on the fly healthy meals.

with my work schedule its hard to always eat like i planned to but ive been working on getting better. i bring brown rice and chicken in a tubberware container that i can heat up but this same meal is getting old. lets hear some of yalls favorite easy meals.

also anything semi-healthy from fast food type restaurants?

For the bold, I would stay away from all fast-food. Depending on your goals and scope you may be able to get away with an occasional cheat meal (ie if your like 6 ft 1, 140 lbs and trying to bulk type of deal).

Check out the recipes section theres some great stuff there.

my most common fast food type meal is usually a chicken breast sub w/double meat from subway...not a perfect meal by any means but its better than some of the other choices out there.
i am currently bulking so it isnt quite as important but i will be cutting in a few weeks and that is the tough part for me.

I cook bulk, so I can always throw some rice and chicken in a container. If I have a few minutes to spare I will nuke some broccoli and cook some asparagus.

If I cannot get to good food I will order a grilled chicken breast sandwich and eat only the chicken and vegetables. Sometimes I need to order two. How come hamburgers are huge, but fast food chicken breasts are only, like, 4oz of meat??

I wouldn't advise taking this 3 meals a day, but for something quick and dense you can always make a rich shake. Whey + oats + skim milk + natty pb + berries.

Costco, Sams Club, Walmart. Buying and then cooking in bulk is the only way to go if you want to know what you are putting in your body. Check the recipe thread. Most here will bulk cook on Sunday for the week

I get ten pounds of frozen chicken breasts from Costco and bake it all at once. I wouldn't know what to do with a turkey though.
