Baby spinach, broccoli, asparagus, brussel sprouts, kale, peppers... those are some of the most nutrient dense that I gorge on daily. I eat a lot of beans and avocados as well. All good stuff to keep you going and not too hard to fit into your macros.

Two issues as i see it....

    the need for fiber, and
the need for nutrients provided by vegatables.

the need for fiber is easily cured. Walmart has psyllium husk fiber, orange flavor, sugar free. 1lb = $8. enough to last you several months. this will clean your shit out and make you very regular. secondary benefit for taking this type of fiber is cholestoral reduction.

the need for nutrients is also easily obtained. pick the greenest leafest vegatable you can find. AND, secondarily, pick the darkest most colorful vegatable you can find.

use a variety of veggies. Keep in mind the more you cook veggies, the less nutrients you get from them. I use broccoli, asparagus, green beans, brussel sprouts, and red and green peppers. I dont cook any i just put them into my tupperware with my protein and carb source. When i microwave the whole thing they get cooked a little bit
