    pre workout meal

Im on the road for my pre workout meal so it eliminates alot of my food sources as i obviously dont have a microwave

i dont like fish but ive been training myself to eat it, only gag once or twice when i eat it know....lol

so for my protein i have a couple tins of tuna

but im looking for a carb source was thinking of rice crackers or bananas
I Like bananas but not sure it 50g of carbs for bananas is a good idead ?
maybe half rice crackers half bananas ?

How about whole grain bread? Not my first choice as a carb source, but in your limited situation, it'll do.

It's good to see you thinking about your diet and making adjustments... that's how we continue to improve.

Check out the recipe section. There are quick easy recipes for protein oat cakes - basically a protein powder/oat mixture w/ splenda or stevia, bound together with water/egg whites, etc. Easy to make, and clean. Excellent for on the road.
