    DIet what am i missing?

    Okay i been blanking out during training sessions! like spaced out but its only happened twice this month so i know im missing something in my diet my bro says im not eating enough i need to eat more! This is the leanest i been in awhile i usually weigh in the 90's or 100's not muscle just a bulky guy!

    i recently cut down from 97kg to 85kg
    bf% low

    Vm-75 1 tab
    1. 200g oats
    cinnamon 1/2 tsp
    protein shake 1 1/2 cups optimun nutrition
    L glutamine

    2. 5x egg white
    apple
    banana

    After Training:

    3.Tuna and rice
    1 1/2 scoops ON whey
    amino acids

    4. chicken breast x2
    broccoli

    5. butternut
    chicken breast x2

    6. chickenx2
    Broccoli

    7.Cassien
    amino acids
    L glutamine

    Water green Tea all day!

    i know im doing something wrong i need to know what it is? I showed another BB my diet and he was like its good!
    I can provide pics if u want to see from 105 to 85 but i was not fat just bulky! lolz

    Need to see macros to really get an idea of what you're eating, but what struck me immediately was your preworkout meal.... it stinks!! 5 egg whites is roughy 20g protein... I'd double that. You also have no complex carb. A good slow burning fuel source would probably do you alot of good. Oats are my personal preference, but you can use anything - potato/sweet potato, rice, lentils/beans, cous cous, grits, etc.

    Only carbs i saw worth anything was first meal of the day. I prefer pasta salad pre workout.

    I knew there wasn't enough carbs i just needed the reassurance from u guys! thanks again! U know when u lost alot weight and u start to hide from the carbs thats how i feel lolz!
