Is there any specific diet that works best while on hgh?
I have read a little bit about carb loading but was hoping to here from someone with some experience in both gh and best dieting plan.
My diet is already tight 6 meals a day low fat good fat high protein lots of greens low carbs.
Im really looking to lean down I hold fat in my lower abdominal area no matter what Ive tried I cant shed it so looking to add gh and a new diet.
