I've been seeing guys at the gym downing peanut butter (or something that looks like some kinda butter spread) before the workout.

Its somekinda spread...but its not peanut butter.

I usually down a banana with a few walnuts, cup of coffee with a shot of Redline (or 2 shots...i forget now).

I thought Carbs were best before a workout...but maybe i'm wrong.
