    You'll see me saying this alot lately - but I don't have the time to critique diets these days. There are other good peeps here who will get you sorted out.

    Diet looks solid bro for a bloke of your size. If any changes I would aim to reduce the fat intake. Other than you should be right to go. Best of luck with your cycle.
