A.M fasted cardio = increased hunger?
I have been doing a.m. Fasted cardio for about a week now. I'm trying to break through a weighloss plateau. Been stuck at 210 lbs for a few weeks. I am down from 245 from 6 months ago. Anyway my question is I haven't changed my diet but after starting fasted cardio. I've been much hungrier through the day. I space my meals every 3 hrs. 7am,10,1pm,4 and 7 pm. I find my self having to eat my 1 o'clock around 12. And not only earlier but still hungry shortly after. Could it just be my metabolism is speeding up. I am down 2 lbs in a week as well.

Did you used to eat a meal upon waking? It could simply be your thrown off meal timing, however metabolism could be playing a small role here as well.

I used to have a protein shake at 6:30 when waking and then egg whites and oats at 7. Now I have the shake after cardio around 6 and meal at 7. Could it be my body feeding off fat during cardio and now having less fat to feed off of during the day leading to more hunger?

Fasted cardio really increases my hunger too. Even when gaining and consuming lots of cals.
