Well that definitely isn't 3700 calories...That is about 1250 calories.

What is your weight, bf% and what are your goals??

At 22 u oughtta wait a few more yrs before u cycle.. Also 250mg per week is a pretty smAll dose.. I was on 240/week for TRT.. I would hardly call 250 a cycle and the fact that ur considering that dose combined with the macros u posted (1225cals worth) tells me ur not ready..

Id spend a few yrs letting ur endocrine system fully develop before u go messing with it and use this time to learn proper diet and learn wat works for u man.. Steroids r nothing to mess with .. They can cause permanent irreversible damage..

We can help u put together a good diet though.. Get ur bf% chekd and we can go from there..

Get on google and search healthy protiens, carbs, and fats. It will give you the macros for them if you get the right site. Do some research on here to there is alot of good info out there if you just look for it. Right now im cutting and i eat 2000 cals, 60/20/20% protien, carbs, and fats. You could do the same split with the amount of cals you are eating but like i said do the research on here or google and you will be set

If you are only eating 1200-1500 calories right now there is no way you are going to be able to bump them up to over 3000 all at once. Start adding in 200-300 calories a day and then adjust upward when you feel you can tolerate more. Keep a simple 40/40/20 ratio of Protein, Carbs and Fats for now. Nothing fancy needed at this time.

I would say a majority of people over estimate or under estimate how many calories they eat a day...Common to hear, I don't get why I'm gaining weight I only eat like 1500 calories a day....Then all of a sudden you go, oh, well I ate that in between meals or oh yeah I forgot about that meal etc etc...

I HIGHLY doubt either you are 215 or that you really eat 1250 calories a day...Either you are not 215 or you've under estimated how many calories you eat a day...Either that or you should be on Ripley's Believe it or not for having the slowest metabolism on the face of the planet....

Whether you are cycling or not, that amount of calories is not good for someone who is training..It's barley good enough for a girl who weighs 100 lbs..

Here is the way I look at it, people like to go to the TDEE calculator to figure out how many calories they need...That can give you a rough estimate but nothing is 100% and can only be fine tuned from trial and error..

I just like to look at the basics...Protein you will always need about the same whether you are dieting or not...Carb intake will fluctuate the most 100-500 grams per day and even 0 at certain times (Competition)...And fat you should never really be super high, even if you are bulking it should be somewhat monitored...

Now you take that and apply it to your goals...Looking to cut? Looking to bulk? etc etc.....

Protein will be the same about 1.5 grams per pound bodyweight....Carbs, if you're a hard gainer looking to bulk start at the high end 400-500 grams, if you're a fat fu*k looking to cut start at the low end 100-200 g, if you're in the middle, start in the middle...Fats 65 grams

Do that for a couple weeks and see how you react....Then tweak from there...Again, I don't care what anyone says there is no magic number that will work 100% without trial and error..
