A good diet should mean you don't really get very hungry unless you are carb cycling. What does your diet look like?

Cottage cheese is king before bed. Its full of casein protein and its quite low in calories. I usually eat some broccoli after cottage cheese just to fill me up so I don't get hungry before the morning
Oh yeah both are pretty low in carbs, cottage cheese has about ~6gm of carbs per 100gm

Im a low carb person and at night I get the munchies no matter if Im full or starved.. I reach for celery or cucumber or radish with salt if I have no cals/ carbs left to spear that day ~or I use the celery/cucumber or radish as a crunchy base for a stuffing like tuna/ ground lentals/bean bip/ sugar free nat peanutbutter if I have carbs/cals left to use (not bloody likely tho lol)

LOL - It's actually a family recipe. I'm not a fan of cottage cheese, but it works well together. Almost makes a pudding. If you remember GBRICE had a recipe for Ice Cream using cottage cheese. Cottage cheese makes for a great cream in just about anything, it's just a matter of seasoning it to make it your own. I don't eat this snack, but I've tried it before and it just taste like a berry pudding with whipped cream. You should give it shot sometime

No offense, but your diet is horrible. No wonder you're hungry. You need to go read the sticky's and rework your entire diet!

My go-to pre-bed meal:
1/2 cup 1% milkfat, no salt added cottage cheese
1 scoop vanilla myofusion protein powder
'splash' of fat free half and half or fat free milk
1 packet of splenda
1tbsp natty chunky/crunchy pb - loosly swirled into the mixture
Healthy, fairly filling, and above all else, delicious!!!
