How/When do you go low/zero carbs?

How do you do 0 carb days/very low carb and maintain energy? Ive been trying to just cut carbs out in the arvo lately but I seem to go hypo withing 4 hours of my last meal with carbs, protein /fat meals just dont seem to help. I constantly feel hungry and crave sugar or excessive carbs after just a few hours withotu them.

    Any suggestions?

You need to teach your mind to control your body, not vice versa.

So you think its just my body getting used to it? BG levels not falling or would they be but not to anything worth worrying about?

I want to be hungry I need to eat a lot to maintain my mass but this is my first attempt at ever reducing my carbs, currently at 12.8%bf (dexa) and have been sub 10 while eating carbs all day, no cardio(on test/Var), just feel like I need a boost this time, doing 45min fasted cardio ED workouts are 2 on 1 off, im not looking for a serious cut yet, that will come in 6 months, im actually doing a lean bulk just not happy over 10%

I find that just switching out complex carbs and 0 simple carbs really does the trick for me..

Thats usually how I do it and can stay sub 10% no proble, just feeling I have too much right now and have a date in 2 weeks with the hottest chick ive ever seen (international model) and need to be a little lower than 12%. been doing am cardio for a few days now (which I dont usually need) and today will be my first day without carbs (apart from breakfast, oats in shake with eggs).

Im considering the following to match my workouts:
    Legs: High Carb
    Chest /Tri: Med Carb
    Bis/Abs: Med Carb
    Off: Low Carb
    Back/deads: High
    Shoulders/Abs: Med
    Off: Low

Also doing 45min fasted am cardio ED

Will probably add clen next week when I get home, although I will only have 1 week left.
How does this look? any suggestions?
