    soft foods diet...sigh

    so im having some dental/jaw issues so i have to go on a soft foods diet for a couple weeks, im just wondering what the best "soft" protein sources are

    protein pudding.

    whey powder
    skim milk
    and sugar-free pudding

    i use oats as well but that might cause problems, there are recipes in the recipe section

    Tuna, eggs, eggwhites, protein powder, cottage cheese, maybe ground beef depending how soft it has to be...

    A nice grilled or pan fried tilapia is soft as butter!!! Chewing may not even be required....
