Well I hit day 14 yesterday after going 100g/ed carbs and decided I'd have a 200g clean carb up.
Filled be right back out nice and full feeling so I think now is a good time to implement carb cycling since im lower in bf

I can definitely see it slowing down. Had pretty quick results just by dropping carbs to 100g/ed and upping cardio, but it was slowing down over the last 4 days.
I feel leaner today after my carb up after the water is all gone so I think carb cycling will keep my metabolism stoking as it should.
