    Cutting diet

    Hey guys, just want to get some advice/tips on this cutting diet.

    Meal 1: 4 eggs (2whole 4 whites) 1 cup oatmeal
    Meal 2: protein shake
    Meal 3: 250g tuna +spinach and 1 cup of mixed nuts
    Meal 4: Chicken/beef stir fry with 1 cup brown rice (capsicum, zucchini, broccoli, mushrooms, green beans)
    Workout

    post workout protein shake

    Meal 5: 250g steak/chicken breast/fish with broccoli, capsicum and brussel sprouts

    Meal 6: 1 cup of cottage cheese + 100g tuna


    Going for a keto.

    Supplements:
    Xtend for Bcaa's
    Hemorage double black pre workout
    green tea tabs
    Hydroxycut hardcore (6 pills a day, 2 pre each main meal)
    6 fish oil caps

    Oats in the morning will most likely be cut out, and pre workout is the 30g for the day, which will be burned off during the workout!

    So allowing for post workout veg, rice and nuts what is the carb total?

    Also gonna need macro's for each meal and your complete stats.

    30-40g.

    1 - Minus oats 50g protein, 0 carb, 6g fat
    2 - 30g protein
    3 - 40g protein, 4g carb, roughly 5g fat
    4 - 50g protein, 30g carb, roughly 5g fat
    post shake 30g protein, 0 fat 0 carb
    5 - 30-40g protein, 0 carb, roughly 5g fat
    6- 40g protein, 5g fat, 0carb

    total, Protein - 280g, Carb - 34 carb, fat - 21g

    Stats: 5ft10, 13% bf, 165lb, 18 years

    I suspect there are more carbs than that in your veg and nuts certainly. However, at that weight why don't you do a really clean bulk, I reckon you could put on some size and drop bf at the same time with the right diet and workout.

    i agree, with your age and stats you could gain weight and maybe drop 1-2% in a couple months
