Hey guys
I have just started thinking about my diet for my next cycle coming up I have currently cut down to the 10-11% mark on 50p/30c/20f with a 500 calorie restriction. My next cycle will be 12 weeks test e at a low dose of around 250pw and 50mg tren Ed for 8 weeks will be dosing the test everyday also. Ai throughout
My goals for this cycle is 8%bf while gaining some lean mass nothing crazy 10lbs would be nice.
Could I get away with 500 cals surplus and still drop bf on tren and also should I stick to 50/30/20 with carbs in morning and around workout.
My emphasis with this cycle is not to go way above what I can hold naturally I would like to maintain these results to the best I can through diet. Rather than packing on excessive amounts and losing most once off.
