    keep it simple is milk good or bad for BB if your not cutting ????

    if not cutting i wouldnt think a cup or two a day would hurt but i wouldnt get carried away with it...

    I will say that the past 8 weeks of my cut diet, I prob miss milk more than anything else!

    just keep in mind the lactose, which is sugar, which is something I try to avoid

    If you're not cutting (simply because of the sugar), I think it's fine within reason (not a gallon a day) so long as you can digest it, i.e. no lactose intolerance, etc.
