Bmr 1622??
Hello guys,
I did my bmr calculation and I got a result of 1622. Can that be correct?? Seems a little low.
My stats: 31 yrs old. 145 lbs. about 13% BF.

Gain weight. I don't want to gain massive amounts either. Like I said I weigh 145 and I'd like to get to 165ish

Thanks. So I'll shoot for about 3000. Also I know they say to try to get the most from real foods and not shakes. But I'll be taking shakes now should I get protein shakes low in calories. Or just aim for weight gainers??
