    non workout day diet?

    Should I eat like I normally do on days I don't work out vs days I do???

    you should always eat based on cals burned so IMO i think you should consume more cals especially pre-post workout meals are factored in

    i certainly do but i guess it depends on what your trying to do

    how many cals are you consuming on your current workout days

    I'm not sure on an exact number right now trying to maintain what I have gained with out loseing any gains. For break fast I eat a protein bar lunch a subway sandwich with grilled chicken and mustard few hours later a protein shake and can of tuna post work out around about 730 830 depends on when I get to the gym I have another protein shake with a raw egg and some baked chicken. Is my diet even any good?

    I wanna cut to 195 or so but don't wanna lose any muscle ive worked so hard to gain

    6 foot 200 pounds 22yrs old lifting ab two years and sorry if this has posted several times my computer is tweaking out

    just go in the nutritional threads and read the stickies on HOW TO CUT or cutting 101

    but you need to add more meals throught the day 6-8 small meals mostly protein concentrated meals, lots of meat and raw veggies

    just read up in the nut. threads it will tell u everthing you need to know

    how hard/often are u lifting, are you in a gym or at the house
