Ok 34 yr old Male, was pretty good for a long time on eating then moved to the city and eating out has become a habit. When I do, I atleast try to eat as clean as possible, never drink pop, just coffee and an occasional energy drink. Im 6'4" 215 around 14% BF. I have lost my definition, dont have a guy but a little something does appear. I have always been blessed with the very high metabolism so I dont get fat.

Heres the diet Im going to get back on
Morning
5am-2 Eggs, 2 Turkey Sausage
8am Protein Shake
11am Turkey Breast with Onion, Lettuce Tomato on Whole Grain, Cup of Cottage Cheese, Pita Chips and Grapes
1 Vita, Fish Oil and 2 CLAs
230Pm-Protien Shake
430pm Prework out Shake
630 PWO
730pm Chicken Breast, Broccoli, Cup of Cottage Cheese
1 Fish oil, 1 CLA


My main goal is to obviously cut down a little and get my lines back.
